Morag, a long-time Life Member of the Clan Macpherson Association, was born in Grantown-on-Spey and lived with her parents in Grantown, Kingussie and Newtonmore. She returned to Badenoch in 2006 after a distinguished career in education in Scotland, Canada and England, to take up the post of Curator. During her three full seasons as Curator, Morag worked hard and succeeded in bringing the Museum closer to the people of Badenoch. She was renowned for her warm and generous welcome and will long be remembered for introducing music as a memorable addition to the visitor experience.
