Arms of Gordon, 2nd Lord Macpherson of Drumochter

The galley in the Arms is counter-changed". The oak tree indicates that the 1st Lady Drumochter's family has been associated with the timber trade. The lion supporter suggests the 1st Lord Macpherson's interest in the development of the Scottish Clan movement and the bull supporter with the boar's head on the collar commemorates his commercial interests.

The 1st Lord Drumochter was the first Chairman of the Clan Macpherson Association and held membership number 1; his lady held membership number 2.

Crest: a "wildcat sejant erect guardant proper holding a cross-crosslet fitchee Gules"
